This information will be used to design the most effective program for specifically for YOU to maximize results.
Step 2: Together, we’ll refine your individually designed program and define the milestones and metrics used to track your progress.
Your custom program includes:
Nutrition and meal plan based on body composition data including exchange options for a more flexible and sustainable approach

Written training program plus videos and tips to maximize the return on investment
Cardio program needed to get the results in the time frame required
Weekly progress check-ins with mindset-habit coaching sessions via Facetime or Android video chat!
16 Weeks Out or Closer

MANDATORY , 2 weekly FaceTime/VideoPhone 30 minute sessions
MANDATORY , weight/body-fat/circumference measurements
MANDATORY , weekly pics to show real world progress
MANDATORY , weekly email of your nutrition for the week
MANDATORY , weekly email of your daily/weekly training logs
